So, about that 12 quilts in 12 months thing. Well, I'm still hoping to get there. Really. I am. But it's been kind of long month. We travelled to Louisville for 4 days, I've been sick for 9 days, and I spent several days hanging out with friends teenagers while they were out of town. So, there you go. LOTS of excuses. I did manage to get a top sewn. It's Christmas Grinch Flannel for Sutton.
I'm hoping I'll get it on the longarm tomorrow or Thursday. So maybe it'll be done before the end of the week and not leave me too far behind? On other fronts, I did manage to finish 13 blocks for the 3x6 and 4x5 bee and I got them all mailed out to my groups.
In return, I got a bunch of really great blocks that I'm going to assemble into my quilt for February. This one's going in the Guest Room and I've got a lot more blocks from previous quarters of the 3x6 and 4x5 to add to these. It's going to be a fun sampler quilt.
